Johnny Boy’s Pizza!

Welcome to Johnny Boy’s Pizza! We are a new business, now open in Brooklyn Park. I began my career in the pizza industry in 2008, just outside of Seattle, at a local pizza joint where I discovered my love of food, especially pizza. I left the Pacific Northwest for the Midwest and the pizza industry for other ventures but always dreamed of one day reentering and introducing my ideas into my own restaurant. As I was developing the concept for this restaurant, I wanted to incorporate the most important parts of my past and present: My love of football, food, friends and family. I developed the Johnny Boy’s menu myself, inspired by my favorite flavors which have been taste-tested and loved by my friends and family.

In developing this menu, it was also important to me to give my customers the flexibility to create what they want if they don’t see it on the menu, and I’m thrilled to offer a build-your-own pizza with countless flavor combinations so each customer can get exactly what they want. Most importantly, I’m committed to using only the best, freshest ingredients. I believe food should bring people together, and I would love for my food to be a part of your next gathering. This restaurant has been a dream for me for many years, and I’m thrilled to share it now with all of you. So stop in, say hello, and grab a pie. I hope you will enjoy the food as much as I do.
